Manage the Kingdom Wide operations of the Installation & Renovation Projects and ensures that the business is running efficiently that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients and maximizing profits.
Implementation of installation & renovation projects in accordance with the customer requirements.
Production and delivery of required materials on site as per the project schedule.
Manage the installation and renovation projects to meet customer requirements, budget, time constraints and maximizing profits.
Arabic and English speaker
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
10 Years proven working experience as Renovation & Customized Project Manager.
Proficiency in drawing and planning software, MS Office and ERP software (e.g. SAP-CRM), proficiency in English language, market knowledge, customer service oriented, management, communication and negotiation skills, time management and planning skills.
Knowledge in contracts, project management, cost engineering and innovation management. Knowledge in bid preparation and tendering. Knowledge in quality control
