Manage the operations of the Building Maintenance Contracts and ensures that the business is running efficiently that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients and maximizing profits.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
10 Years proven working experience as Building Maintenance Manager.
Proficiency in drawing and planning software, MS Office and ERP software (e.g. SAP-CRM), proficiency in English language, market knowledge, customer service oriented, management, communication and negotiation skills, time management and planning skills.
Knowledge in contracts, project management, cost engineering and innovation management. Knowledge in bid preparation and tendering. Knowledge in quality control and assurance, coordination and resource planning.
